Every CoCounsel Core user can manage their account and settings options.

Instructions


1. To begin, hover the left navy sidebar.

The menu will slide out. Select "Account and settings."

2. Use the options to manage your account and settings.

My account

Use My account to set your first name, last name, email, and position. Changing this email will change your login, unless your organization uses Sign in with Google or SSO.

My password

Use My password to update your password.

Firm information

Firm information confirms your firm's information. This may not be editable.

Manage firm members

Use Manage firm members to Add New Members or make members Admins. Only available for account admins.

Manage firm subscription

Use Manage firm subscription to manage your subscription. Only available for account admins. Some changes may require help from support.

Firm payment information

Use Firm payment information to manage your payment information. Only available for account admins. Some changes may require help from support.

Firm payment history

Use Firm payment history to review your payments. Only available for account admins.

Privacy and security

Use privacy and security to set the idle timeout interval for your organization. Learn more. Only available for account admins. Some changes may require help from support.

Thomson Reuters integrations

Use Thomson Reuters integrations to connect and disconnect other Thomson Reuters products.
