Each CoCounsel skill has a unique code called a "flow ID." If you provide feedback about your experience, you may be asked to retrieve and provide the flow ID for a skill. This helps our engineers understand your situation.

Use these step-by-step instructions for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.

1. Open Chrome DevTools

Find the relevant chat and scroll to the skill. The chat and skill are marked with green boxes below. Right-click anywhere in the blank area on either side of the skill. This area is marked in pink below.

A menu like this will appear. Click "Inspect."

The Chrome DevTools panel will appear at the "Elements" tab with the flow ID highlighted. A flow ID is a long, hyphenated, alphanumeric code.

In this example the flow ID is 2cb6c9d1-5216-49b2-82a6-fea5e977dad6.

2. Copy and paste the flow ID

Place your cursor over the flow ID and double-click. This will highlight the flow ID. Copy and paste the ID into your conversation with Casetext.
