CoCounsel currently works on screens that are 600px or wider. Typically that means desktop and laptop computers, and larger mobile devices, like tablets.

Why am I getting the "CoCounsel isn't ready for mobile, yet!" notice on my laptop or desktop?

CoCounsel currently works on screens that are 600px or wider. If you are not seeing CoCounsel, your browser window may not be wide enough or your zoom may be too high. Try the following:

1. Expand the browser window.

2. Decrease the current zoom of the browser window (or "Zoom out").

Click anywhere in your browser, and then follow these instructions:

  • Windows: while holding the "Control" or "Ctrl" key on your keyboard, press the minus or dash key on your keyboard until CoCounsel appears. Shown below.

  • Mac: while holding the "Command" key on your keyboard, press the minus or dash key on your keyboard until CoCounsel appears.

You may also be able to decrease Zoom by adjusting your web browser's settings or with your mouse. Consult help and support guidance for your web browser, operating system, keyboard, or mouse.

But landscape mode allows me to see and use CoCounsel on smaller mobile devices, like my smartphone.

You may be able to use landscape mode to access CoCounsel on smaller mobile devices, like a smartphone or miniature tablet. This is not an intended use and may prove difficult, but it is not impossible.
