Reference attorneys are available to speak over the phone or via Zoom videoconference by appointment with select customers. This is a premium service, reserved for our Enterprise clients and for our SMB attorney subscribers who have purchased CoCounsel.
If you would like to schedule an appointment to speak to a reference attorney, please submit your request to support@casetext.com and specify that you would like to speak to a reference attorney live. Our reference attorneys will then contact you to schedule a call or a Zoom session at your convenience, where they can train you on the Casetext platform and show you how to research your issue.

We have customer support specialists available by phone and live chat seven days a week during our business hours (7 am to 10 pm Eastern, Mon. - Fri. and 9 am to 5 pm Eastern, Sat. - Sun.).
