Casetext offers a number of ways to better research statutes, including attorney annotations, citing cases, and citing briefs. While we don’t have your traditional annotations, if you’re looking to annotations to find cases that have cited a statute, you'll find those in the "Citing Cases" tab:

We also annotate most statutes with expert analysis by attorneys (see the "Attorney Analyses" tab), and you can see how other leading attorneys have relied on the statute in briefs (see the "Citing Briefs" tab):

Moreover, if you use CARA, you can see the cases which cite your statute and are most relevant to your context.
