Learn how to access and navigate the Admin Dashboard for CoCounsel subscriptions

Administrators of firms with CoCounsel and AllSearch access can monitor their firm's usage of CoCounsel and AllSearch by accessing the admin dashboard, as described below. Please contact our support team at support@casetext.com if you are the admin of your firm's account but do not see this option.

Step-by-step instructions

(1) Access the dashboard. Log into Casetext. From the Casetext menu on the left, click “Account." This heading will expand with more options. Click the option “Admin Dashboard."

(2) Navigate the dashboard. The Admin Dashboard has two tabs: "CoCounsel Usage" and "AllSearch Usage."

CoCounsel Usage

Select "CoCounsel Usage" to learn how your firm is using CoCounsel. Customize and review your results as follows:

Set a date range

At the top, set a date range for your usage with "Start" and "End" dates.

Select and view usage

At the top right, select "Skill runs" for the number of skills that have been run, or select "Words" for the number of words that have been used.

Then view "Organization" for total usage across your organization, or view "Member name" for total usage by each member of your organization.

View details

Under "Organization" and "Member name," select the dropdown "View Details" for a breakdown of usage by skill. Mouseover the "Member name" field and its corresponding "# of skill runs" field to use ascending and descending arrow filters.

Rows per page

At the bottom right, set the number of visible rows per page and navigate between pages of results.

Export

Click "Export" to download results as a CSV file or an excel Excel file.

AllSearch Usage

Select "AllSearch Usage" to learn how your firm is using AllSearch, including the following fields and other options:

  • Database name

  • # of Files in the database

  • Size of the database

  • Created date

  • Owner of the database

  • Shared with, for the number of other people with access, and dropdown details explaining:

    • The name of each person with access

    • Each person's type of access: "view only" or "view and upload"

Note: Mouseover each of these fields to use ascending and descending arrow filters.

Rows per page

At the bottom right, set the number of visible rows per page and navigate between pages of results.

Export

Click "Export" to download results as a CSV file or an excel Excel file.
