Learn how to access and navigate the Admin Dashboard for CoCounsel subscriptions

Administrators of firms with CoCounsel and AllSearch access can monitor their firm's usage of CoCounsel and AllSearch by accessing the admin dashboard, as described below. Please contact our support team at support@casetext.com if you are the admin of your firm's account but do not see this option.

Open the dashboard


1. Log in to CoCounsel. Learn more

2. Hover the left navy sidebar. The menu will slide out. Expand "Account" and select "Admin Dashboard."

CoCounsel usage


CoCounsel usage shows your organization's CoCounsel usage.

Set a date range

At the top, set a date range for your usage with "Start" and "End" dates.

Organization

See the number of active chats, non-skill messages, and skill runs with the option to view skill breakdown. Above this row, Export this organization information.

Member

See the number of active chats, non-skill messages, and skill runs with the option to view skill breakdown for each member. Filter by Member or # of skill runs. Above this row, Export this member information.

Rows per page

At the bottom right, set the number of visible rows per page and navigate between pages of results.

AllSearch usage


AllSearch usage shows your organization's AllSearch database usage.

Databases

See all database name, number of files, size, created date, owner, and sharing information. Filter all results by column. Expand sharing information to view specific access. Above this row, Export this information.

At the bottom right, set the number of visible rows per page and navigate between pages of results.

Member permissions


Member permissions allows admins to set Admin status and AllSearch database access.

Options

Use options at the top to filter, bulk edit, and export the information.
