What are Analyses and how can I view them?

Analyses are a collection of articles, newsletters, client alerts, litigation alerts, and similar legal publications that analyze developments in the law, including cases, statutes, and disputes. You can access analyses via Parallel Search or keyword search on the Casetext research platform, and you can find them on case pages when the article references the case you are viewing.

Analyses via Parallel Search or Keyword Search

To access analyses from your Parallel Search or keyword search results, click on the "Analyses" tab on the left side of your search results page:

This will take you to commentary that relates to your query:

Analyses on a Case Page 

The Analyses section on a case page contains commentary that relates to the case in question.

To view the analyses that reference the case, click on the Attorney Analyses tab at the top of the page:

This will take you to the page where you can access the various articles that reference or discuss the case:
